Services

A massage should not only leave you feeling better physically, but also mentally. Like working out/exercise, it serves two purposes; clearing the mind and replenishing the body. Listed below contains information on the therapy treatments I offer.

Back Massage

A massage that specializes focusing on the neck, shoulders, and the upper/middle/lower back. Back pain is something that should not be taken lightly as it is commonly caused by a pinched nerve, muscle and/or ligament strain. Massaging and working pressure points and strained muscles in the back can increase healing and reduce pain discomfort.

Deep Tissue Massage

A massage treatment that has many benefits but must be done by a trained professional, as it requires the knowledge to know sensitive areas deep below the skin ranging from the neck down to a person’s lower legs. Communication between myself and my client is very important in order to make this type of massage work.

Foot Massage

A massage focusing on the toes, sole of the feet, top of the feet, ankle and lower legs. Feet, being one of the most sensitive parts of our bodies, I take acute awareness of the sensitivity of your feet to provide you with a foot massage that caters to your personal taste.

Full Body Massage

A massage that works the entire body, from head to toe. During this type of massage, the client starts face down on the table while I work the head, ears and neck. Gradually I will work down to the shoulders, arms and finishing off at the feet before proceeding to turn the client over. Only while this time, I will proceed to carefully work the face, chest, middle torso area, legs and feet.

Swedish Massage

A Swedish massage is similar to that of a deep tissue massage except that it uses different types of massage strokes and techniques. Also, depending on the client’s preference, it can be as hard or soft as the client wishes. Injuries or personal conditions should be communicated to me before this type of massage takes place.

Therapeutic Massage

A type of massage that is highly sought out by my clients as it provides stress relief and improves quality of life. It’s the so called “feel good massage”, as this type of massage is not meant to penetrate deep muscles or cause any pain. I use firm, rhythmic strokes and pressure points to give my clients the most pleasurable massage one can get.
